THE ARTIST
Giselle Dias specializes in fashion, beauty and fine art photography and loves curating selected artists visual content with her fashion, contemporary and poppy aesthetic. Dias, graduated in Film at the Los Angeles Film School and has worked in campaigns, music videos, fashion films, editorials and magazine covers. She is an advocate for women's rights and the LGBTQ+community, which translates into her work .
In 2016, she started her own project, UnDragged, where she shot drag queens inside a bathroom. The artist intended to portrait the vulnerability of the human being behind the character in their intimacy.
In Los Angeles, she rebranded and photographed one of the largest and most influential media company in the United States, Alternative Press, with artists on the cover like 5 Seconds of Summer & Adore Delano.
The photographer has shot backstage at Fashion Week for Blumarine, Francesca Liberatore, Iceberg, The Attico, to name a few. And has worked for brands like Jeffree Star Cosmetics, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Miu Miu & Prada.
In 2020, she launched her latest project, Amor Não Se Compra, where she transformed abandoned animals in glamorous stars posing with Brazilian celebrities like Erika Januza, Vitória Strada, Jõao Vicente de Castro, amongst others, aiming to increase the visibility on pet adoption in Brazil.
